Privacy Policy

Who we are
The Meme Kingdom provides community, meme creation and educational crypto-research features. This policy explains how information is used when you visit, create an account or purchase digital items.
Information we collect
Account information includes email, username and account identifiers. Optional public profile fields include your avatar, banner, bio and social links. We store posts, memes, comments, votes, follows, friend relationships, messages, reports and saved watchlists so those features work.
When you verify a wallet, we store its public address, chain, ownership challenge and verification status. Public holdings may be read from blockchain sources according to your visibility settings. We never collect seed phrases or private keys.
Purchase records include transaction identifiers, subscription status and Crown credits. Stripe processes payment details; the website does not collect raw card numbers. Operational logs can include errors and request information needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
How we use information
We use data to maintain accounts, display selected public content, provide messages, generate requested memes, deliver purchases, prevent duplicate Crown credits and moderate abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Market Board interest
When you open a coin from the Market Board, we record the coin’s chain, contract address, displayed name and opening time to measure which coins attract interest. Each opening has a random event identifier to prevent duplicate delivery; it is not a visitor identifier. This log does not store your account, email, wallet, IP address or browser fingerprint. Only kingdom administrators can read the coin-interest report. Repeat openings count separately, so totals are not unique visitor counts. Preview activity is separated from the live site.
Public and private content
Usernames, selected profile details, public posts and follower lists are visible to visitors. Blocking filters supported community views but does not erase copies others already have. Do not include private information in a public bio, post or image. Private messages are restricted by conversation membership; authorized moderation and legal access may still apply.
Service providers
Hosting and account services support the website. Stripe handles payments. AI providers process the ideas and images you submit for generation. Market and video services receive requests needed to display their data; embedded third-party players and external links follow their own privacy policies.
Browser storage and the free Forge try
Browser storage supports sessions, preferences and guest watchlists. A server-issued cookie identifies a visitor's free Forge pass. Its hashed identifier and a hashed network marker help enforce the one-use pass and abuse limits. These records are not proof of a unique person. Clearing browser data may affect saved preferences and access to a guest output.
Age 18+
Crypto research and paid features are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not submit information about children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact the owner.
Retention and account deletion requests
You can edit profile details and manage supported visibility settings in your account. To request access, correction or account closure, contact the Kingdom owner through the official TheMemeKingdom member profile. A public contact email has not yet been supplied.
Closure requests are reviewed rather than silently deleting community or payment records. Some records may be retained for legal, payment, fraud prevention and moderation needs. Hiding content does not necessarily remove retained files or third-party copies. Applicable privacy rights take precedence.
Security and updates
Access rules and account controls help protect information, but no service is perfectly secure. Keep your password and wallet safe. We may update this policy and will use official Kingdom channels for important changes.
Academy: Manage & Protect
Explore practical learning about wallet permissions, pseudonymous participation, scam protection and incident response. These lessons do not replace this policy or establish that any token or service is safe. Never share a seed phrase or private key.
